OMODA JAECOO Present the ‘For the Fans’ Event

1. Promoter
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited (“Promoter”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15203898 with its registered office at Building 7, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who hold a valid driving licence and are eligible to undertake a vehicle test drive.
2.2 Employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, European Professional Club Rugby, participating retailers, and any of their respective group companies, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Participation is limited to one scratch card per person during the Promotion Period.

3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion opens on 11 June 2026 and closes on 19 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Only test drives booked and completed during the Promotion Period at participating authorised OMODA & JAECOO retailers in the United Kingdom will qualify for participation.

4. How to Participate
4.1 To participate, individuals must:
(a) book and complete a test drive of an OMODA or JAECOO vehicle during the Promotion Period at a participating authorised retailer; and
(b) comply with the retailer’s normal test drive requirements, including presenting a valid driving licence where requested.
4.2 Following completion of the qualifying test drive, the participant will receive one scratch card from the retailer.
4.3 The scratch card will immediately reveal whether the participant is entitled to receive a promotional prize.
4.4 No purchase is necessary. Completing a qualifying test drive is the only requirement for participation.

5. Promotional Prizes
5.1 Available prizes include: Shirt; Key Ring; and Water Bottle.
5.2 Prize quantities are limited and available only while stocks last.
5.3 The number and type of prizes available are determined by the pre-produced scratch cards distributed as part of the Promotion.
5.4 Scratch cards may not be sold, transferred, copied, altered or reproduced.

6. Prize Redemption
6.1 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.
6.2 No cash alternative, exchange or substitution will be offered except where the Promoter reasonably considers it necessary to provide a prize of equal or greater value.
6.3 Prizes will be provided by the retailer where the qualifying test drive was completed, subject to stock availability.
6.4 Participants should retain their scratch card until the prize has been redeemed.

7. Administration of the Promotion
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or withhold a prize where it reasonably believes that:
(a) these terms have been breached;
(b) fraudulent, misleading or dishonest conduct has occurred; or
(c) a participant has attempted to obtain multiple scratch cards contrary to these terms.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the Promotion shall be final.

8. Personal Data
8.1 Personal data supplied in connection with this Promotion will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 Personal data may be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, distributing prizes and responding to participant enquiries.

9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting a prize.
9.3 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, damaged, defaced or stolen scratch cards.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Participants may bring proceedings in the courts of their part of the United Kingdom in accordance with applicable law.
