An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Greenhous at our Upper Heyford site as a Yard Operative.

This role is ideal for a reliable and proactive individual who enjoys working in a hands-on, outdoor environment and being part of a busy team.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moving and parking vehicles safely within the yard.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised yard area.
• Supporting workshop and fleet teams with vehicle movements.
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks as required.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Previous yard or vehicle-related experience is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
