Greenhous OMODA Shrewsbury is looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection. You'll work closely with our workshop team, ensuring repairs and servicing are completed efficiently while keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and manage all service and repair bookings professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately record customer requirements and prepare job cards for the workshop.
- Liaise with technicians to provide customers with timely updates on vehicle progress.
- Explain repair work and associated costs clearly and confidently.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Promote and upsell additional products and services where appropriate, including service plans and vehicle health checks.
- Process invoices, payments and service documentation accurately.
- Coordinate vehicle handovers, ensuring customers receive an excellent experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Aftersales team to ensure workshop efficiency and service targets are achieved.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Good IT skills and experience using dealership management systems (preferred but not essential).
- The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive and professional attitude.
