We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team at our Upper Heyford site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling POD (Proof of Delivery) enquiries.
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Driver set-up and ongoing monitoring (including hours and compliance).
- Producing and maintaining accurate reports.
- Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, resolving queries as they arise.
- Managing diary amendments and delivery changes.
- Recording and monitoring driver assets (e.g. handheld devices, uniforms, etc.).
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Previous experience using system platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in administrative-based roles.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated in previous positions.
